How do I reserve my chauffeur?

You can place a reservation directly through our website or by contacting our reservations team via WhatsApp. Our team is available to assist you with every detail of your booking.

How does airport pickup work?

Our chauffeurs track your flight in real time and will be ready to greet you upon arrival—whether your flight is early, on schedule, or delayed. Your chauffeur will meet you at the designated meeting point and assist you with your luggage.

Are your prices fixed?

Yes, all our rates are fixed and confirmed at the time of booking, except during promotional periods when discounted rates may apply.

Do your prices include VAT?

VAT is not included in the quoted rates and will be added at 20% in accordance with UK regulations.

Do you charge waiting time?

Waiting time is charged only after 1 hour of complimentary waiting at the airport following the actual landing time. For city-to-airport pickups, 20 minutes of waiting time are provided free of charge.

Can I set up an account?

When should I make my booking?

We recommend making your reservation as soon as your travel details—such as your flight—are confirmed, to ensure availability.

When do I need to pay for my booking?

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 5 days before the scheduled journey.

Can I bring my pet during the journey?

Pets are welcome with prior approval. Guests must provide an appropriate pet carrier. Assistance dogs are always welcome and do not require advance notice.

Will my chauffeur be dressed appropriately?

Yes. All chauffeurs adhere to our strict dress code and will be dressed in a tailored 2–3 piece suit with polished black shoes.

Will the chauffeur assist with luggage?

Certainly. Your chauffeur will assist with your luggage, open doors for you, and ensure a seamless and comfortable start to your journey.
